The therapist provides a supportive, attentive, objective and confidential environment that allows you to talk through your concerns or problems. Therapists are different from a friend to talk to, as we are extensively trained in human behavior and emotions. Therapy can assist in helping you to improve your overall functioning in relationships, at work and within yourself in order to lead a happier and healthier life.
We provide therapy services to adults, who are experiencing psychological, behavioral or psychosocial stressors. We use our professional training to assess your presenting problem and collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan. We work within a cognitive-behavioral, client-centered framework to provide psycho-education to our clients about their disorder, as well as help to develop adaptive coping strategies to deal with the stressors.
