Mary Dick is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) in North Carolina. She has experience in medical and private practice settings. She specializes in seeing adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a wide array of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, parenting difficulties, divorce, maternal mental health, grief, loss, and life transitions. She is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2. Her approach to therapy is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman Method Couple’s Therapy.

Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, and her Master’s degree from Texas Tech University.
