Regina Savarese, LCSW, MPA is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the human services field. Regina provides individual, family and group therapy services for adolescents and adults.
She has worked in home and community based, clinic, school and private practice settings. Regina utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Multidimensional Family Therapy and Mindfulness to assist in areas including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, interpersonal challenges, trauma and bereavement. She creates a safe and validating atmosphere where clients can feel seen and heard. Her strengths-based focus and collaborative approach assists individuals in moving through their difficulties, while providing strategies, support and resources tailored to each person's needs. Regina believes that each individual is the expert of themselves and she is honored to be present for them in their journey to harness this awareness in order to improve the satisfaction of their lives.
Regina received her Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University, her Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and her Bachelor of Arts with dual majors in Psychology and Political Science from Hofstra University, in New York.
